Kasia is a technologist, researcher and advisor for mission-driven organizations on AI ethics research, organizational strategy and open community engagement. Kasia Odrozek has been a years-long Director of the Insights team at Mozilla Foundation, a unit researching and developing industry and policy recommendations on Trustworthy AI while uplifting ethical innovators. Before Mozilla, she worked with Wikipedia communities and led product strategy for her podcasting startup.
