When it's time to get in shape, what better helper than a watch that keeps track of your calories, tells you when and how to workout , even tells you when to stretch on that long flight home. This smart timepiece and personal workout coach also texts, tracks your location, makes calls, plays music, and has an app that measures the air quality around you. It does everything but the actual working out--you still have to do that yourself.

What could happen if something goes wrong?

It could let others know where you are and how terrible you are at exercising.
