This watch takes that saying "The More You Know" to a whole new level. Want to know how you slept last night? It'll tell you. Want to know how well you did that last workout? It'll tell you. Want to know your heart rate, if you just got a text message, how many steps you've taken, how many calories you've burned, the weather? It'll tell you. Oh, want to know what time it is? It'll tell you that too.

What could happen if something goes wrong?

It could let others know how well you are sleeping and where you go for runs.
