August 31: Submit Your Letter of Intent (LOI)
This is the deadline to submit your Letter of Intent (LOI), which informs us of your interest in applying for the grant and includes key eligibility information about your project and organization.
End of October: We Send Out Invitations to Apply (Updated)
If you submit your LOI by August 31st a Mozilla staff member will respond by September 29th and: (1) ask for more information, (2) invite you to submit a full proposal, or (3) decline your request.
Q4: Submit Your Full Application (Updated)
If invited, you will receive a link with instructions on submitting a full application. This is an opportunity to share more details about your project, team, and how the grant can support your work. A Mozilla Staff person will assist you with any questions.
Q1 2024: Grants Awarded! (Updated)
Our staff will review applicants based on the evaluation criteria listed on the Call for Proposals. If selected, you will be notified by email.
